On Site Assessment Training
Following the launch of the NVQ Level 2 qualification in Hire and Rental Operations, we have secured funding and engaged qualified, industry experienced assessors to carry out On Site Assessment and Training for experienced workers, with little or no qualifications, within the Hire Industry.
NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications) and SVQs (Scottish Vocational Qualifications) are fast becoming the standard that all workers must achieve. This qualification has been developed and approved by people who work in hire and is designed to measure workers’ practical skills and job knowledge by assessing their work on site. This makes it ideal for both workers and employers alike – helping experienced workers prove their skills and giving employers the reassurance they need that workers can do the job.

Fully Funded
We will arrange for an Assessor to visit your company to work with the experienced worker to build up a portfolio of evidence to prove their skills. This exercise generally takes four or five visits over a period of approximately 3 – 6 months.
