HAE and EHA's move to new offices at the heart of the country has given us the opportunity to review how we undertake many of our activities. Part of the effort around this work is focused on communication; what we currently do, and how we can improve by making it more effective.
Our aim is to constantly improve our service provision and add value to members.
With that in mind, coupled with the current economic downturn and its adverse impact on advertising revenue, we have now cancelled publication of Hire Standard to concentrate on improving member communications in other ways. We will continue to send regular e-shots to ensure we continue to engage with members and our new member contact policy should ensure you also have regular telephone contact from your Association. We have chosen this way forward to provide more extensive and effective direct communication with members. These methods are also a more ‘environmentally friendly’ way of operating, tying in nicely with our current focus on sustainability.
HAE and EHA see this as a valuable opportunity and one we would like to explore fully.
