EHA are planning on exhibiting at the Showman's Show 2010.
Are you an EHA Member Company? We are giving our EHA Members another chance to showcase the Event Hire Industry with EHA at the Showman's Show 2010.
The Showman's Show 2010 will be held at Newbury Showground on 20 and 21 October and EHA are considering a similar presence to last year's showcase. The size of our presence depends on our members.
How Can EHA Members Be Involved?
Last year, we showcased what the event hire industry can contribute to an event by showing exactly what you guys can do. Every part of our stand showcased the industry or allowed members to exhibit in their own right (or both).
EHA Members can be involved in one of two ways:
1. As an event hire company, you can have a presence at the show by donating the hire of your equipment on our stand. So, for example, if you hire linen, we can set up a table with your linens - you get a plug for supplying the linen and we get to show exactly what our members can do for an event. The table can come from another hire company, the chairs from another and so on and so forth. So essentially, we'd like people to get in touch with us to donate anything we'd need to hire to use the stand space (e.g. the marquee, the marquee lining, the bar, a generator, heating and cooling, catering equipment etc) plus anything we'd need to showcase event hire (e.g. furniture, linens, audio visual). This is a great way of our member companies having a presence at the Show for minimal cost.
2. As a supplier to the event hire industry, why not share our costs and utlise our stand to showcase your products or services? A contribution to the total stand space would guarantee you a bigger, more visible and - more importantly - more cost effective presence at the biggest outdoor event exhibition. Working together means joint marketing and more visitors to your stand - it's a no-brainer!
How much stand space we order (and remember, the earlier we order our space with the organisers, the better the position we'll get) and how we arrange our stand depends on the response, so what are you waiting for?
