HAE EHA are excited to announce the appointment of new team member, Rebecca Hateley, who has taken on the role of Operations Manager. Rebecca will oversee the day to day running of membership services, principally concerning the recruitment, retention and ongoing communication of HAE EHA member benefits.
Rebecca has worked for a variety of different industries, from aviation, aerospace and defence, and the engineering sector. Her varied career has seen her hold roles in fulfillment, sales, key accounts management, and customer service. Rebecca has also worked for a company offering digital solutions for live events.
Rebecca’s previous experience means she has a vast amount of knowledge and skills to bring to her new role. "This role represents something slightly different for me, and will bring me challenges I am looking forward to getting my teeth into. I've only been here a few days but I've already identified some processes which I'm certain can be improved with some new ideas and a fresh perspective”.
"I have extensive experience in improving and maintaining customer relationships as well as developing and motivating staff, both of which will be critical for taking the Membership Team forward."
