Paul Mabey, National Account Sales Manager for JCB, has won the 'Customer First' trophy at the third annual JCB Global Sales and Marketing Excellence Awards.
The awards are organised by JCB to recognise the individuals whom it is felt have shown the most commitment and gone above and beyond over the course of the previous trading year.
JCB takes its client relationships very seriously, believing they are critical to the future growth of the company. The Customer First award looks at quite specific achievements and characteristics; having a true passion for your customers, collaborating with other people and teams to deliver the best customer service, ensuring repeat business.
Paul, who also sits on the HAE EHA Supply Chain Board, was extremely pleased to be recognised with this accolade.
In a recent update on LinkedIn Paul said: "I was proud to receive the 'Customer First' award at the JCB Global Sales and Marketing Excellence Awards, working for a global brand that employs so many wonderful people. This left me a bit shell shocked at first.
"I'm proud to work for such an iconic brand JCB and love the job I have. And thank you to all the JCB dealers and UK Major Accounts that have made this possible."
